Edmundo Dantes

Edmundo Dantes

Brand Notes

Status
A special brand, used occasionally for Mexican regional edition cigars.

History
Created in 2007 by Max Gutmann, owner of the Mexican Habanos distributor, for use with Mexican special releases. Because of the design similarities with Montecristo, it was long rumoured that these were Montecristo cigars, sold under the Edmundo Dantes brand because of copyright issues in Mexico. This is untrue, as Montecristo cigars are sold in Mexico.

Releases
There have been two Edicion Regional cigars released under the Edmundo Dantes brand.
