据雪茄迷报导编译 Perdomo雪茄公司宣告，它将采纳一些近来不常看到的办法：下降其名优雪茄的价格。
在经过进步雪茄和卷烟的联邦消费税来扩展全国孩童健康保健行动计划（SCHIP）的法案收效一年之际，传来了这个音讯。
